Wounded in Action (slightly) July 30, 1918; American Expeditonary Forces October 29, 1917-March 25, 1919; Honorable discharge April 8, 1919.

Buried: Union Cemetery, Columbus, Ohio; Lot 247, space 2 (Old Cemetery, 1912 addition).
